Cloud documents (Beta) is Adobe's cloud-native file type that is now available in beta for testing and feedback in InDesign.
Note:
- Cloud documents will be enabled on the second launch of InDesign.
- This is a geographically limited roll-out. Cloud documents will soon be available in all locales.
Known issues
- Package isn't available for cloud documents in InDesign.
- Commenting isn't available for cloud documents.
- Public Link sharing for cloud documents isn't available.
- Open from the Creative Cloud Desktop app will not work for the locales where the feature isn't yet rolled out.
Limitations
- Save a Copy isn't available for cloud documents in InDesign.
- InDesign - InCopy workflows are unsupported for InDesign cloud documents.
