Minimum system requirements for Premiere Rush

Windows

	Minimum requirement
Processor	Multicore processor with 64-bit support (Recommended: Intel Core i5 or i7, or equivalent)
Operating system	Microsoft Windows 10 with 64-bit support (Version 1903 or later) If you are unable to upgrade your operating system because of hardware limitations, you can still use Adobe Premiere Rush on iOS or Android. Note: Premiere Rush version versions 1.5.62 or later are compatible with Windows 11 operating systems. However, you need to update your NVidia driver to version 472.12 or later to use Premiere Rush on Windows 11.
Device driver	Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® (version 25.20.100.6326)
RAM	8 GB of RAM
Hard disk space	8 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; extra free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
Monitor resolution	1280x800 display (1920x1080 or larger recommended)
Sound card	Sound card compatible with ASIO protocol or Microsoft Windows Driver Model
Internet	Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.*
Optional	Premiere Rush on Windows supports the same GPUs as Premiere Pro. For more information, see Recommended graphic cards.

Note:

NVIDIA has publicly released windows ODE drivers that support the CUDA 9.2 SDK used in the latest release of Premiere Pro. This is not the Microsoft default driver, but you can download this driver directly from NVIDIA, Version 411.63 (of the 410 series drivers).

macOS

Processor	Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support (Recommended: Intel Core i5 or i7, or equivalent) Apple M1 chip
Operating system	macOS X v10.14 or later Note: If you are unable to upgrade your operating system because of hardware limitations, you can still use Premiere Rush on iOS or Android.
RAM	8 GB of RAM
Hard disk space	8 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; extra free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case sensitive file system or on removable flash storage devices)
Monitor resolution	1280 x 800 display (1920 x 1080 or larger recommended)
Sound card	Sound card compatible with Apple Core Audio
Internet	Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.*
Optional	Premiere Rush on macOS supports the same GPUs as Premiere Pro. For more information, see Recommended graphic cards.
