The new Adobe Express mobile app is available across several devices. Review the comprehensive list of supported devices. If you don't see your device listed, try downloading the app to check your eligibility. If you're unable to access the new Adobe Express and are instead being taken to the prior version of the app, please fill out this survey to share your device details with us. We are working hard to support more devices over time. |

Unable to locate my files in the new Adobe Express mobile app. |
Try these workarounds if you're unable to locate your files: Initiate file migration in the updated mobile app Ensure you have triggered file migration, which is available after updating your mobile app. Your files are migrated at your command, so you can choose the right time to move them—for example, if you have work you want to wrap up before moving everything over. After initiating file migration, select Your stuff at the bottom menu of Home to see your folders and files. Search both file organizers on desktop If you still have difficulty finding your files after initiating file migration, we recommend using a desktop web browser to check both locations for your files:

GIPHY asset is static |
GIPHY files are no longer supported in Adobe Express and will download as static assets. To replace them, use an element from the Elements panel. |
Video and audio

4K videos experiencing slow upload times. |
We recommend trying these workarounds:

White thumbnail appear in the video timeline. |
We are working on a fix for this issue. The white thumbnails on the video timeline won't impact the exported video or video playback. |
Audio playback issues on initial playback. |
The existing audio playback issue may impact the initial playback. Try the audio playback again. The videos will export with audio as expected. |
Play button is turning into a spinner. |
Playing back video content may occasionally cause the play button to become a spinner. Wait until the spinner has stopped to select play. If the problem persists, try restarting the app and re-opening your design. |
Experiencing a blurry frame when splitting a video. |
If you are experiencing a blurry frame, try restarting the app and re-opening your design. |
Authoring

Elements, such as Shapes, are now limited in functionality. |
We are always adding more content. If you can’t find what you need in Elements > Shapes, navigate to Elements > Icons. Shapes have extra editability compared to icons, but depending on your needs, icons may be what you’re looking for. |
Unable to edit text. |
If objects are overlaid on top of the text object, or if the text object is grouped, it can be difficult to grab the text object to make edits. To edit text, select the text object in the Layers panel and press Enter. |
Fonts Unable to find Variable Fonts in Express. |
Variable fonts are not yet supported in Adobe Express. Many variable fonts are also available in conventional formats that are supported in Express. |

Files missing from Spark Video after updating the new Adobe Express mobile app (iPhone). |
If you use Spark Video on an iPhone and recently completed the new Adobe Express mobile app update, your Spark Video files were migrated and can be found in Your stuff. If you haven't fully updated, please wrap up your Spark Video work. Once your files are migrated, they can be downloaded but will no longer be editable. Learn more. |

When uploading a file from your Android device, upload may fail when selecting Photos, Videos, Take a photo, or Record a video. As a workaround, you can select Upload from device > Choose file to upload a file from your Android device. |
Collaborate

Using Insert objects or Remove objects may decrease the quality of the image outside of the edited area. We are working to resolve this issue. |
Brands

Unable to apply Brand |
Apply Brand isn't currently available. As a workaround, you can create a color palette in the Brand panel and use that to apply the palette to the canvas. |
Brand sharing has been restricted on Brands converted from the previous version of the mobile app. |
If you convert a brand from the old mobile app to the new app, you'll need to reshare it with anyone you originally shared the brand with. |
