To assign more licenses, go to Products > Creative Cloud All Apps Add User.

If you're the admin, you can add more licenses by navigating to Admin Console > Overview. Then, select Manage Plan > Add Licenses to add more licenses.

As the admin, you can remove licenses before the free trial ends or during your subscription.

To reduce the number of licenses you’re signed up for before the free trial ends, navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Account. Select Manage Plan > Cancel Licenses, and then select the licenses you want to cancel.

If you're signed up for the free trial, you can cancel anytime during your free trial through the Admin Console or by contacting Adobe Customer Care. Cancel before your free trial ends and you won’t be charged.

Navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Account, select Manage Plan > Cancel trial, and then select all licenses to cancel the free trial entirely.

After your free trial ends, your paid subscription begins and you'll be charged for the plan selected using the payment method used at sign-up. You won't be charged if you cancel before your free trial ends.

If you cancel your free trial, you will lose access to your apps and services. You will still be able to access content stored in Creative Cloud for 30 days, but your cloud storage will be reduced from 1TB to 5GB, and your account will become a Creative Cloud free membership. Learn more.

Your free trial will convert to a paid subscription of the plan that you selected at sign-up and at the price shown when you signed up for the free trial. You can cancel up to 14 days after your paid subscription begins for a full refund.

If you decide the plan you selected at sign-up is not the right plan for your business when your free trial ends, you can change to a different plan instead (e.g. single app plan for Photoshop) via Customer Care and you will only be charged for that plan.
