Rename your Organization for Business Profiles

Applies to Creative Cloud for teams.

As an Adobe administrator for your organization, you will work with Adobe to prepare for updating to the new Enterprise Storage Management and user account model. When the update is complete, some of your users might have to choose a User Profile as part of their sign-in experience. If they have potential access to Adobe products and services from more than one organization (or have to choose between a Business Profile and their Personal Profile), they will see the new Profile chooser.

The name of the profile that appears here is the organization name, as defined in the Admin Console. This name has never been visible to end users before, so it might be something internal that users won't recognize.

You cannot change what appears in the profile-selection UI after the update is complete. Therefore, before your update can be scheduled, you should make sure that your users will be able to recognize the User Profile for your organization by checking the organization name in the Admin Console, and changing it if necessary.

To edit the organization name:

  1. On the Settings tab of the Admin Console, navigate to Console Settings.

  2. In the Organization name section, click  next to your organization name.

  3. Update your organization name and click Save.
