If you are a Creative Cloud for Teams user in China, the following error message is displayed every time you launch a Creative Cloud app:
Note:
This error is displayed even though you have installed the app on your computer in the language specified in the message.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app and sign in with an Adobe ID account with which a Creative Cloud Team subscription in China has been purchased. Then relaunch the app.
- Else, change your operating system setting to set Simplified Chinese as the primary OS language.
- Else, uninstall the app, and then reinstall the app with Chinese Simplified language support.
