You use activation log files to troubleshoot problems with activating Creative Suite (CS) and Creative Cloud (CC) products. Activation occurs on launch after entering your Adobe ID. Creative Cloud customers who are prompted for a serial number also fall under this category.
Launch log files
Oobelib.log – Contains the actions that the user took in the user interface during the launch process.
Amt3.log – Contains licensing-related information.
