To delete pages from a PDF, ensure you have permission to edit the PDF. To check in Acrobat, choose File > Properties, and then click the Security tab. Review the Document Restrictions Summary.
Delete pages from PDF using Acrobat

Choose the Organize Pages tool from the right pane.
The Organize Pages toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar, and the page thumbnails are displayed in the Document area. -
Select a page thumbnail you want to delete and click the Delete icon to delete the page.

A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click OK to confirm.

Save the PDF.
