Adobe has updated the terms for the Value Incentive Plan (VIP). Learn how an authorized administrator can review and accept the updated terms.
System and contract administrators can review and accept the revised Terms and Conditions in the Adobe Admin Console.
After Adobe updates the terms, system and contract administrators will be notified and an admin is required to accept on behalf of their organization. While terms are pending acceptance, an admin can assign users to products associated with the affected contracts, but those users will not have access until a system or contract administrator accepts the updated terms. Existing users assigned to products of affected contracts can continue using those products.

Review the updated Terms and Conditions.

Select the checkbox to confirm the following and select Accept Terms and Conditions:
- You are a member of the organization and are authorized to accept the terms on behalf of your organization.
- You have reviewed and agree to the updated terms.
If the VIP Terms and Conditions are pending acceptance, a banner is displayed on the Admin Console for all administrators.
