Discover what's new in Adobe Elements Organizer 2026
Elements Organizer is included with Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements. For more information about new features in these products, see What's New in Photoshop Elements and What's New in Premiere Elements.
Creating Saved Searches
New in Elements Organizer 2026
The Saved Searches dropdown, located next to the search bar, now offers predefined search options and the ability to create custom search queries.
Click to open the drop-down and select from the eight predefined saved searches: Cats, Dogs, Family, Festive, Food, Landscape, Portrait, Selfies.
You can create and manage saved searches directly from the dropdown by selecting Manage Searches, which opens the Saved Searches dialog box. This allows you to access predefined searches and any custom searches you create, without needing to rebuild the criteria each time.
For more information, see Creating and editing Saved Searches.
Import Media from Cloud Storage
Enhanced in Elements Organizer 2026
The Import in Bulk dialog in Elements Organizer now features an improved cloud integration experience.
By default, below four popular cloud storage services are displayed, each with a dedicated + button:
• Creative Cloud
• Dropbox
• Google Drive
• OneDrive
If the corresponding cloud application is installed on the user's system, clicking + allows the user to browse and select a folder from that cloud service.
Once selected, the folder is automatically added to the Watch Folders list, enabling continuous monitoring and seamless import of new media, just like any other watch folder.
Files added to selected folders are automatically imported to your catalog. When you import media from cloud storage or local folders, those folders are added to your Watch Folders, ensuring that any new files added later are detected and imported automatically.
For more information, see Importing media in bulk.
View Photos and Videos in Full Screen
Enhanced in Elements Organizer 2026
You can now view photos and videos in Full Screen mode directly from the Action bar or by right-clicking a media file and selecting View in Full Screen. This makes it easier to review content without distractions.
Full Screen view now also includes a Zoom Slider, allowing you to adjust zoom levels quickly and precisely while reviewing images.
For more information, see View video and full‑screen images.
