The Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics tool helps you to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise while using Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro. It automatically launches after you submit a crash report and helps you address common app problems such as GPU driver incompatibilities, application crashes, and performance slowdowns.

Run Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics tool from Crash Reporter

  1. To run the tool, select Check System.

    Once the system check is successful, the tool suggests recommended fixes. These could be suggestions to upgrade the app or reset your preferences.

  2. Select the appropriate fix from Recommended fixes and follow the onscreen instructions.

  3. Once the issues are successfully fixed, select Close.
