Getting the connection type

Valid connection types  are Connection.UNKNOWN, Connection.ETHERNET, Connection.WIFI, Connection.CELL_2G, Connection.CELL_3G, Connection.CELL_4G, Connection.CELL, and Connection.NONE.

Finding if the connection is offline
