Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1809 or later; LTSC versions are not supported

Hard disk space 2 GB of available hard-disk space; additional space required for installation
Monitor resolution 1024 x 768 display at 100% UI scaling 1920 x 1080 display at 100% UI scaling
Graphics card (GPU) requirements
  • GPU with DirectX 12 support
  • 2 GB of GPU memory
  • GPU with DirectX 12 support
  • 4 GB of GPU memory for 4k displays and greater

Considerations for GPU acceleration

  • For answers to questions about GPU and related troubleshooting information, see Adobe Camera Raw graphics processor (GPU) FAQ and troubleshooting.
  • Camera Raw currently doesn't take advantage of more than one graphics processor. Using multiple GPUs does not enhance performance.
  • GPUs running under virtual machines are not tested or supported.
  • A test is run on the GPU the first time you open Camera Raw. If the test fails, the GPU is disabled even if the GPU meets the minimum requirements. Try these troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the error. Some GPUs, despite meeting the minimum requirements, may never be compatible with Camera Raw for graphics acceleration.
