You can manage collaborators' access levels to projects and edit or remove them whenever required. This can be done on the Projects tab under Files on Adobe Home or by using the Share option of a custom model.

Manage project access in Adobe Home

  1. On Adobe Home, go to the Projects tab under Files.

  2. Select the More   menu for the identified project, then choose Share from the menu.

    The Files tab is selected, and the Projects tab is open. The custom model menu is displayed with the Share option highlighted.
    Use the Share option to view all the people invited to the project and their assigned permissions.

  3. In the Share project dialog box, select Who has access.

  4. The Invite people to project dialog box shows the list of collaborators with access to the project and the permission set for each. Select the dropdown next to the collaborator's name to change the project permission level.

  5. You can use the Invite people to project dialog box to add new collaborators to the project.

  6. Manage project access using shared custom models

    1. On the Your models page, identify the custom model associated with the project you want to manage.

    2. Select the More   menu, and then Share.

    3. In the Share custom model dialog box, select the project's name.

      The Share custom model dialog box is open, offering several options like adding new people and copying the link to the custom model for sharing.
      You can manage access to custom model projects directly through the Share option of a custom model.

    4. If you are the project owner, you'll have the option to edit the permission levels for all listed project members or remove them from the project.
