Opt-in to renew your subscription automatically

Learn how system administrators can manage automatic renewal preferences for Teams subscriptions purchased directly from Adobe.com.

Ensure uninterrupted access to Adobe products, services, creative assets, and full storage for your organization's users by automatically renewing your subscription annually.

System administrators can opt-in for automatic renewal from the Adobe Admin Console until three days before your renewal date or by contacting Adobe Customer Care to renew your membership.

  1. Sign in to the Admin Console.

    Note:

    Opt-in to automatic renewal is only available on annual, billed monthly and annual, prepaid plans in Brazil, and on the annual, prepaid plan in Vermont.

  2. On the Account page, select opt-in from the Renewal section.

  3. Select Opt-in in the dialog box that appears.

After you turn on automatic renewal, you can view and update your plan details in the renewal window
