Issue
When you try to launch an Adobe app, you get the following error message:
Activation Failed. We are unable to activate <product name>. Please check your internet connection settings and try again. If this problem persists please contact Customer Support, 194:6
Solution

Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

In the Plans section, click Manage plan.

In the Activated devices section (toward the bottom of the page), deactivate the device.

Launch the Adobe app and sign in with your Adobe ID.
