Publish images to Adobe Stock

Bridge allows you to easily upload your JPEG and raw images to Adobe Stock using the Publish panel. To get started, first set up your profile as a Contributor on Adobe Stock Contributor portal (https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/). You also have an option to sync your existing Fotolia contributor account with the Contributor portal. For more details, see Information for Fotolia Contributors.

Note:

If you are using this feature for the first time in Bridge, you can click the Setup button provided in the Adobe Stock Contributor under Publish panel to navigate to the portal.

Once you complete the registration, your Adobe ID becomes ready for contribution. You can now upload your photos to Adobe Stock from within Bridge — select Adobe Stock Contributor publish service in the Publish panel and drag a selection of photos from the Content panel onto the Publish panel. Then, you can go to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal to tag the uploaded images and submit them to Adobe Stock for moderation. Adobe Stock Contributor portal automatically extracts the Bridge Keywords and sub-keywords associated with your images and displays them as tagged Keywords. Note:

To view the new Publish Panel in any workspace in Adobe Bridge, choose Window > Publish Panel. See Adobe Bridge workspace for more details.

Create a connection between Adobe Bridge and Adobe Stock

To create a connection between Adobe Bridge and Adobe Stock, set up your Contributor profile on Adobe Stock.
- In the Publish panel, click Adobe Stock Contributor > Setup.
  Note: Bridge launches Creative Cloud desktop app if you are not already signed-in. Ensure that you sign in using your Adobe ID to proceed further. Enterprise IDs and Federated IDs are not supported.
- You are redirected to the onboarding web page of Adobe Stock Contributor portal (https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/).
- Follow the instructions to create your profile.
Once your registration is successful, your Adobe ID is ready for contribution. You will now be able to upload your photos by selecting the Adobe Stock Contributor publish service in the Publish panel and then dragging your images from the Content panel onto the Adobe Stock Contributor drag zone in the Publish panel.

Note:

Once the connection has been established between Adobe Bridge and Adobe Stock, signing out from the Creative Cloud desktop app does not sign you out from the Adobe Stock Contributor portal.

Upload images to Adobe Stock

To upload your photos to Adobe Stock, do the following:

Click Adobe Stock Contributor in the Publish panel.
In the Content panel, select the image that you want to upload to Adobe Stock. Drag the selected image onto the Adobe Stock drag zone in the Publish panel.

Note:

You can drag a selection of multiple photos at once onto the Adobe Stock drag zone in the Publish panel.

Note:

Make sure that the selection of images you want to upload to Adobe Stock meets the Technical requirements for submitting images to Adobe Stock. If your selection contains images that do not meet these file specifications, Bridge displays the errors in the Unable To Upload All Assets dialog.
If your selection contains raw images, Bridge displays a dialog to confirm the conversion of raw images to JPEG for uploading to Adobe Stock.

2. Once you confirm, Bridge converts the raw images to JPEG using the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in.

Note:

Bridge converts only those raw image formats to JPEG that are supported by Adobe Camera Raw. To find out if Adobe Camera Raw supports your camera model, see Cameras supported by Camera Raw.
Progress bars appear in the Publish panel displaying the conversion and upload status. The converted images are automatically added to the upload queue. You can continue to work in Bridge while the upload/conversion is in progress.

Note:

You can drag another selection of images onto the Adobe Stock drag zone in the Publish panel, while the current upload is already in progress.
Cancel the upload or conversion in progress
- If you want to cancel the upload or conversion in progress, click the Cancel Upload option at the upper-left corner of the Publish panel.
- Bridge displays a confirmation dialog box. Click Yes to confirm.
- The Publish panel displays a message indicating the canceled upload or conversion. It also displays the number of images that were uploaded successfully before cancelation.
- If your selection contains any file that cannot be uploaded to Adobe Stock, you get a message. Click Continue to continue the upload of supporting files or click Cancel to cancel the upload.
When the upload completes successfully, Bridge displays the dialog box shown below.

You can click Go To Adobe Stock in this dialog or the Go To Adobe Stock link in the Publish panel to continue to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal.

Visit https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/ to finalize your submission.

On the Uploads page in the Adobe Stock Contributor portal, the uploaded JPEG images (including the JPEG images converted from raw images) should appear.

Select your uploaded image and add the title, category, and keywords. Bridge Keywords and sub-keywords associated with your images automatically appear in the Keyword section. You can review and edit these keywords.
After you fill in all the requested fields for the title, keyword section, and category, click Save and then Submit to have Adobe review your photo.
