Log in to your Acrobat Sign for Salesforce account and go to Agreements tab.
Steps to trigger Data Mapping on already sent agreements

Select List View Controls drop down menu and select New.

In the dialog that appears, provide an intuitive name for the new list view.

Select List View Controls drop down menu and then select Select Fields to Display.

In the Select Fields to Display dialog, move the following fields to the Visible Fields section:
- Agreement Name
- Data Mapping
- Data Mapping Error
- Data Mapping Result
- Trigger Data Mapping

Select Save.
It presents the new view with the selected fields.

Select all the agreements that you want to update with data mapping.

Hover over the Data Mapping field, select the edit icon, and then select the desired Data Mapping or create a new data mapping.

To apply the data mapping to the selected agreements, select the Update (n) selected items checkbox and then select Apply.

Select Save.
The custom view now shows the selected Data Mapping.

With all of the agreement still selected, open the drop-down menu from the top-right corner and then select Update Agreement.
It displays the Update Agreements page with the list of selected agreements.

To commit the changes, select Submit.

If promted to verify the udpate, select Ok.
Note that the update is not reversible. Once the update is submitted, a confirmation message is presented with the job ID, as shown below.
