Mobile app feature comparison table - 'Adobe Connect Classic' versus 'Adobe Connect New'
There are currently two versions of the Adobe Connect mobile application available on the Apple App Store - 'Adobe Connect' (aka Classic), and 'Adobe Connect New', and two versions on the Google Play Store - 'Adobe Connect Classic', and 'Adobe Connect'. Each version offers slightly different features, so both versions will be available until the new mobile app achieves feature parity. While these two applications have very different interfaces, either can be used to join Standard Adobe Connect meetings, seminar rooms, or virtual classrooms, however only the new applications can be used to join meetings that are using Enhanced Audio/Video. Both versions can be installed on the same device, and neither will be replaced the other if updated. The Adobe Connect (New) applications are continuously under development and will be adding features with each release. The original Adobe Connect Classic (2.7.0) is no longer being developed and will be removed from the stores shortly.
